The calls nobody answers are bookings you lose.
Kalloagent picks up the phone at your restaurant or clinic when your team can't. It checks real availability and leaves the booking recorded in your dashboard.
Tell us your setup. We reply the same working day.
Data from one trial night
One Saturday, 40 tables, one phone. The same night, with call forwarding on.
Test night summary
On a test Saturday night, 16 calls came in between 8pm and 2am. The team managed to answer 7. The other 9 were missed: during the rush, the shift change, and after closing. None left a message. With the line forwarded to Kalloagent, those same 9 calls get answered. Data from a simulated test night, July 2026.
Each bar is an incoming call. The blue ones get picked up by your team.
The red ones are the calls nobody could take: peak time, shift change, after closing.
Nine missed calls in a single night. None of them leave a message. They call the place next door.
With Kalloagent answering the diverted line, those same nine calls get handled.
Getting started
Ten minutes and one call divert.
You don't change your phone, your POS, or install anything on site.
You divert the landline when you can't pick up
Your operator sets it up in two minutes: if nobody answers within four rings, the call goes to the agent. The number your customers see is still yours.
The agent answers and checks your real availability
It handles accents and background noise, and speaks Spanish or English. It checks the slot that actually exists, never an invented one, and offers the closest alternative when the requested time is full.
The booking shows up in your dashboard
Name, party size, time and whatever the caller said. With the full transcript, in case you want to check something before service.
No small print
What it does, and what it will never do.
IT DOES — what Kalloagent does for your business
- Picks up at 23:41, mid-service, and on the Mondays you're closed.
- Checks real availability before confirming anything.
- Offers the closest time when the one they asked for is full.
- Records name, party size, allergies and special requests.
- Leaves you the full transcript of every call.
IT DOESN'T — what Kalloagent will never do
- Never asks for or accepts card numbers over the phone. Ever.
- Never confirms a table that doesn't exist just to please someone.
- Never improvises: if it doesn't understand, it hands the call over or takes a message.
- Doesn't replace your floor team. It answers the phone, nothing else.
- Doesn't tie you down: no minimum term, no changing your number.
Frequently asked
Before you ask.
How much does Kalloagent cost?
We don't publish prices: every business has a different call volume, and sometimes something needs adapting to its sector. Tell us your setup in the contact form and we'll give you a concrete quote, no surprises afterwards.
Does the agent sound robotic?
It speaks natural Spanish or English, with pauses, and handles accents and background noise within reason. It's not perfect: if it doesn't understand something, it doesn't improvise, it hands the call over or takes a message.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. It's activated with a conditional call divert from your operator: if you don't answer within a few rings, the call goes to the agent. The number your customers see stays the same, and you can switch the divert off in seconds if it's not for you.
What happens to recordings and caller data?
Full detail is in our privacy policy. In short: if you're a client, how those calls are handled is governed by your service contract with us, not by this website, and it's never used for anything beyond serving you and your customers.
What if my business doesn't fit?
We tell you in the first conversation, not after you've paid anything. If there's no real diary to check by phone, we don't move forward.
How long does it take to set up?
With the conditional divert, ten minutes. If your business needs its own rules adapted, a few more days while we go over the first test calls together before switching on the real divert.
